Wedding at Minstrel Court, Cambridgeshire

Beautiful day for a wedding that started with bride preparation for Abbie and her 4 maids with hair and make-up being done at the same time in two different locations, plenty of opportunities, going from one room to another with two cameras, one with a tele lens and another with a wide angle so I don’t miss any important moment.

Reception, ceremony and speeches

As soon as I got a few photos of the bride with mom and dad I headed to the venue for the reception where the first guest had already arrived and were greeted by the Groom. Minstrel Court is a venue with 5 acres of beautiful gardens and a private lake.

The Ceremony took place at the Marquee by the lake and group shoots followed with the lake as a beautiful background while most of the guests headed to the Regency Barn ready for the wedding breakfast.

Emotive and funny moments during the speeches delivered by the groom, the mother of the bride and the best man and time for me to leave them enjoy their meal.

Day out in the gardens

As soon as the wedding breakfast was finished the guest formed several groups to play games or just chill out enjoying the beautiful day outside. As the sun was getting down the party gathered at the Long Gallery for the first dance. Time for me to leave while a second meal, more informal this time was offered to the guests
